Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes! You can either place separate online orders or send an email to team@thebritishbash.com with the addresses and we will create an invoice for the total. This will include the number of boxes and the shipping cost.
What is the standard processing time?
Small orders (less than 10 boxes) will usually ship within 5 business days. Large orders will require a longer processing time. This will depend on customization requirements and the size of the order.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
There are multiple delivery choices to choose from at checkout. Shipping options vary between 1-7 days and tracking information will be sent to the email provided. This is per address and within the United States. Please choose the best option for the recipient address based on physical location.
Do you ship outside of the U.S?
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes.
How can I place a custom or bulk order?
Please email team@thebritishbash.com or fill out the custom order form. We will endeavor to respond within 48 hours and will let you know our products’ availability. We are happy to work with you on large quantities and/or custom orders.
Are my biscuits out of date?
All of our biscuits are shipped with a minimum 2 month shelf life. The dates shown on the packets are in the British style of Day, Month, Year rather than the American style of Month, Day, Year. 03/12/24 is December 3rd 2024 not March 12th 2024.
Can I return a box?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. All sales are final and nonrefundable. If you are unsatisfied with a box please email team@thebritishbash.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
There is a broken item in my box
If you receive a box and an item/s is broken. Please send a photo of the broken item/s within 24 hours of receiving the box to team@thebritishbash.com.
